How does this compare to Phillips Lumea?

Just seen that this is QVC's Today's Special Value Item.

Seems good - but I wondered if anyone had used this brand - and if so how it compares to the better known brands.

I'm just watching the snow now and am quite tempted

I have had underamrs and bikini line lasered. Some hairs have crept back over the years. I'd love to do my legs though.
