Ankle boot help!

What would you wear these with? If jeans what style? Length? If a dress/skirt - what tights? I’m stuck!

I just bought these, have had them a couple of weeks are they are great. I wear them with Dorothy perkins Eden jeggings, folded up slightly so they sit on the ankle. The only negative re the boots is the soft leather marks SO easily, apparently Clarks sell a protector to stop this

I wouldn't wear them, I'm sorry op, but if I had to i would say skinny jeans. Not a skirt or dress, they are too clumpy for a skirt or a dress and not in a good way.
