Hair straightener help needed

I've been growing out a pixie cut for about 15 months now and have just about hit shoulder length. I bought a cheapy Primark straighteners initially and that was fine for a while, but now that it's getting longer, it's just not cutting it anymore.

So, what's the best straightener to go for these days? My friend has a GHD and I've used hers but it's an older one and I've heard that the new ones aren't as good.

Any other recommendations? Budget is about £150 ish.

I've had my GHDs for 15 years! They show no signs of giving up yet. Best £89.99 I've spent! Grin

Cloud Nines. I love mine!

LordNibbler · 26/11/2018 23:36

Cloud Nine are way superior to the new GHDS.

Cloud nines all the way-love mine!

ImNotKitten · 26/11/2018 23:39

Another vote for cloud nines. I wouldn’t go back to GHDs now.

Sounds like cloud nines are the way to go so. Any particular one?

My hairdresser told me on Saturday that GHDs are best. She said Cloud Nines weren't as good.

Corioliss C3s are the business. I have friends who have ditched GHDs in favour of getting these after using mine!

I use T3 and like them, they tame my frizzy hair. The new GHDs are not as good as the older versions. My hairdresser rates,Cloud Nine. I've heard SHE are good www.shehair.com

I’ve got the regular cloud nines-the touch ones didn’t get as good reviews. The wide ones are great if you have thick hair.
