I recently ordered some food for a party and was charged as soon a the order was placed. However, when It came to collect my order it was incomplete, but at no point did M&S email or text me to tell me this. By the time I found out, it was too late to sort out, so my party was screwed thanks to M&S. Apart from a feeble apology at the store, I received no suitable recompense and so will not use them again. Just what is the point of asking for email and phone contact details when you order if they do not tell you when there is a problem. Very poor service indeed that ruined our day. Thanks a lot M&S
