Black dressy but comfortable heels

16 replies

beanaseireann · 25/11/2018 10:19

I'm looking for dressy mid heel height comfortable shoes. I can't wear pointy shoes so square or almond shaped toe would be good.
Any suggestions wise Mumsnetters please?

Clarks have some called Dalia. A few pairs are in the sale. Others are full price. They may be quite a tall heal, rather than mid.

Heel*

Can't link but Hotter do a style called Donna that I wear for work. They are v comfy, a bit quaint but smart.

CreativeMumma · 25/11/2018 14:58

I find a wedge more comfortable than a normal heel. Sorry I can't be more help!

OhTheRoses · 25/11/2018 14:59

My other go to brand is Gabor.

M&S shoes can be surprisingly comfortable

Depending on your work style, these kitten heels could be good with trousers or dresses / skirts; wedge loafers look smart; court shoes

I've got these from M&S (I'm not a wide fit so I went a half size down)

@Thisismynewname123

I've just been looking at the black ones of these this morning but out of stock in my size, they look lovely though so I may try in store.

I bought a lowish heeled black from Hogl for this very purpose recently.
