Hair colour

I am old. How that happened I have no idea, as I was middle aged only the other day. I have fine, short and naturally curly hair. It is, I estimate about 30% grey. Over the last couple of years I have had my hair coloured, and gone f om mid/dark brown to platinum blonde and quite a violent orange. I now live in S Portugal and have hot sun a lot of the year. My hair was in bad condition, and my hair dresser said to leave it alone till all the coloured hair has grown out. It nearly has and I want to get rid of the grey. The next colour I fancy is called 5AA . Can anyone tell me if it would have a lot of very harsh chemicals in it. Have only limited Portuguese so cannot have a detailed discussion. Any ideas as I don’t want a hard block of colour. Advice please oh wise ones.
