Anyone use that No No hair removal gizmo? Does it hurt?

I’ve heard it’s very painful.

itsbetterthanabox · 24/11/2018 23:19

Reviews are awful. Doesn't work

CowesTwo · 25/11/2018 14:48

Right then, I shall just learn to live with my luxurious mousteache.

It’s a shaver and not a particularly close shaver — leaves you with stubble. If you like a shaver on your face I personally think you’d be better off with a mens one.

TakeAChanseyOnMe · 25/11/2018 16:28

Have you tried threading? Yes it’s agony but only for about 30 seconds.

MrsChollySawcutt · 25/11/2018 16:40

Pointless waste of time and money unless you want scratchy, burned off stubble and enjoy the stench of singed hair?

MrsChollySawcutt · 25/11/2018 16:43

Personally I really rate this facial hair trimmer. Head pivots and the neck flexes so it shaves very close and smooth. Best thing I have found for my PCOS 'tache and neck fur.

I was given one. The scent of burned hair is unpleasant, and I can't seem to get it to move evenly over my skin. I haven't persevered because smell and stubble. I believe people have had a lot of trouble trying to return them, there was a thread on here a while ago.

CowesTwo · 25/11/2018 18:27

Or maybe just stop using my magnifying mirror. I've asked both my husband and my beautician 'do I have a mousteache' and both have laughed and said 'no'. But I see it in my mirror. (Have to use magnifying as can't see to put on make up without my glasses on). If there's one consolation it;s that it's fair very and not dark.

If you can only see it with a magnifying mirror, don’t worry. No one has magnifying eyesight! I have dark hair and very light skin so I feel mine is more obvious. Waxing gave me spots but there’s local Asian salons that do threading for £3-4.

SpongeBobJudgeyPants · 25/11/2018 21:29

If you had my Billy Goat Gruff facial hair, it would be much more obvious. TBH I quite like the facial depilatory cream you get in Boots/Superdrug.
