Shampoo bars

I live in a very hard water area, does that mean shampoo bars are going to be a bad idea? I would really like to try one but worried I’ll make my hair look/feel awful!

I was really keen to switch to a shampoo bar. Also hard water area. I tried a Lamazuma bar, not cheap. Gave it a good 3 months I'd say. It was good for my scalp which can be itchy but I was left with a waxy/greasy patch, at the back. I used bicarb and cicmder vinegar rinse as suggested still no good. I bought a lush bar, got on better but ultimately it wasn't for me . Current using body shop shampoo and conditioner.

It’s a shame, isn’t it? There are so many lovely looking shampoo cars around but maybe I think I’ll stick with my Body Shop one for now.

It is, I tried really hard with it and was disappointed as it was actually really good for my temperamental scalp.

I live in a hard water area and use them. I use friendly soap but I have to do an apple cider vinegar rinse at every wash and it took a good month for my hair to look normal. Worth it in the end for me
