How to stop sequins rubbing on arms?

So have found a dress I like however with no sleeves so sequins are going to irritate my arms - is there anything I can do?

Short answer: no.

I've given up buying anything like that as it's just so bloody uncomfortable!

1.Long sleeved top underneath. M&S do fine 'dressy' ones in underwear dept
