Emergency straighteners!

I love my cloud 9s but they are out of warranty and have broken this morning! Any good straighteners that are super inexpensive that will last me until January? I tend to use them to curl my hair rather than straighten as I don't like curlers.

argos have a few at around £20, or have a look on ebay ?
or ask around, am sure someone has a pair lurking...

My mum bought a pair of Remington ones, they were just under £20 I believe. She loves them! Claims there the best straighteners shes ever had and she normally buys her straighteners direct from the hairdressers.

I've just bought these remingtons which I think poster above might mean and I agree they are amazing! I had ghd's before and find these are just as good.
