Help! What to wear to a job interview?

I have an interview coming up and no ideas what to wear. I haven’t done an interview in years! The actual dress code for the job is smart casual, jeans allowed on a Friday. I’m early 40’s, a bottom heavy size 14 and 5’8”. Any ideas would be good.

Black trousers or skirt if you have them. Trousers don't need to be formal tailored, but do need to be smart. Cigarette trousers are always a good option.

Any semi-formal shirt. Don't need a jacket. Smart shoes (i.e. no ballet pumps). I'm thinking more the look on the right of this image rather than the left, but it was just to give an example of the type of trousers, semi formal shirt, smart shoe combo that might work.
