Help! Cheap and cheerful tall faux-uggs in black?

Has anyone seen any cheap faux ugg type boots that are tall/calf/knee high this year?

I've checked the usual suspects and they all seem to be ankle high or between ankle and calf. I specifically need taller ones.

Won't go into reasons but would be useful if they were cheap as possible

Would prefer black but other colours considered.

Maybe River Island?

I can recommend Ella boots - I've got a couple of pairs and I am tempted to get these as I could do with a pair in black.

Oh that's a pain Gareth. That's my size (I didn't look at sizes admittedly) so no boots for me at the moment as well

Try Espirit - I got a pair of grey ones last year and they were brilliant, excellent quality. I can't actually wear the real ones as I find they are impossible to get on my foot due to a high instep.
