What on earth do you call these tops?

What would you call this sweater /top? I've googled but nada.

I have 2 tops like this, one white, the other black. Very holey. Black one is short sleeved, white one is long sleeved.

I'm wondering what to wear them with? With a vest under, skinny jeans and short boots?

It's an open knit jumper. I have a couple from Stradivarius that I wear with a vest underneath and with pretty much any bottoms - skinnies, mom jeans and patterned harems/joggers.

Loose knit jumper brings up similar? Good luck on your jumper quest!
