Coat needed for 1 month !

Ex-pat travelling home for the festive season, I keep a coat at 'home' for said Occassion. DH has announced that he hates said coat .... (mid length car coat, bring orange - I can see his point) so I need to purchase one, but nothing overly expensive as it will
Be worn for exactly 1 month. (I have a north face duck down for casual occasions)
Will be worth with lots of neutral tones, black waxed denim, dark indigo denim, grey furla bag and my Burberry scarf that I've had since I was 21.
Small 10, blonde. 5'6.
Hit me with your best ideas ladies ........ I like the idea of this (but not the zip pockets)

Uniqlo has some lovely classic Crombie and Wrap coats in pure wool with 10% cashmere in a range of neutral colours that are very reasonably priced for the quality. Or Arket has a fab selection as well which I've been drooling over.

I would go for something really simple and classic that won’t date so you can wear each year, maybe a wool wrap style similar to one of the below:

I'm not a fan of a wrap or belted coat, always think they have potential to make you look chunky ..... it's hard to get into winter dressing mode when it's 30 degrees !
However the last thing I was is to be trailing round the shops on day one with jet lag from hell !!!
