Walking trousers and a checked shirt.

OrdinarySnowflake · 17/11/2018 20:55

Where I live - either shapeless jeans, t-shirt (possibly with a logo from a bike company), hoodie and skate trainers (not upgraded their 'non-work' clothing since pre-DCs).

Or colourful chinos/cords in winter, shirt with jumper, or blazer (blazer option, the shirt will be checked).

It basically comes down to how posh you are...

Queenofthedrivensnow · 17/11/2018 21:26

@OrdinarySnowflake posh you are? Explain??? :-)

The common types are the baggy jeans, faded t (missed the old band tshirts and the selfconciously newly bought band t-shirts!), hoodie and trainers look - the chino/cords, shirt and v neck (cashmere) jumper or blazer are the posher types who look like they'd be very comfortable shooting things of a weekend.

It's the "IT consultant vs banker" look - on the train to London in the mornings they dress the same, you only get to see the 'tribe' on the weekends! (We are outside M25 but good links to the City so our area attracts a couple of types)

OrdinarySnowflake · 17/11/2018 21:46

(DH is the common type, but his wardrobe is being influenced by the other and we're getting more 'Boden for men' creeping in)
