Looking for a very gentle exfoliant for sensitive skin

I don’t mind high end/professional or something cheaper. I can’t use any AHA’s. Latic/glycolic, no harsh scrub, citric acid, alcohol or silicones on my skin.

Are you able to use essential oil derivatives containing citrus like lemon and lime? I've recently started using Tropic they have a 'face smooth brightening polish' which amazingly I can use without any redness or pain after use and I use two-three times a week.

Dermalogica make some very gentle exfoliators. The one I use I think is called the Daily Microfoliant, super gentle. They have a few others too.

Thanks I think I need to be careful with fruit acids. I have tried the Dermalogica one but didn’t like it

I use a flannel and almond oil. Even if I didn't have sensitive skin, I'd be suspicious of exfoliants - as I understand it, these are dead cells that are about to drop off anyway so I don't get why you need some fancy high priced chemicals to remove them.

I find Clinique 7 day scrub very gentle
