Skincare after trauma

Help! I've had a terrible year so far including life-threatening illness and bereavement.

I haven't changed my skin care regimen (micellar water, serum and moisturiser) but my skin is rubbish. I'm spotty round my mouth and my skin feels awful.

Can anyone suggest a way to make my face feel lovely again?

I'm sorry you have had such a hard time of late. [hug]

Introduce a 2% BHA gel or liquid (I love Paula's Choice, but there are cheaper ones out there, Garden of Wisdom for example) and that should clear the spots within a few weeks.
Then also do weekly facials or masks. I really like REN 1 minute flash facial for perking up tired or sallow skin and use all sorts of skin brightening (something with Vitamin C or AHA acids) masks in the evenings.
