I'd like to buy this jacket: https://www.sweatybetty.com/shop/activity/ski-and-snowboard/method-hybrid-ski-jacket-SB4267BeetleBlueColourBlock.html?cgid=ski-snowboard&dwvarr_SB4267BeetleBlueColourBlockk_color=beetlebluecolourblock&tile=7#start=7
as it's so expensive wondering f I could get away with it for normal stuff - school run, walks etc... or would I look stupid?

I wear mine all winter. Like you say they’re too expensive to wear for 6 days a year

Chicinwellies · 14/11/2018 22:27

My musto Arctic is worn skiing and at home for months. That and the Canada goose x

permana · 14/11/2018 22:28

I wear mine a few times a year in the winter too.

Whyever not?
Makes a change from the ubiquitous Rab/TNF microdown hackers that everyone wears in the winter.

If you’re not going before Christmas, wait for the sale. They’re not going to sell out at that price. Or scout around for a discounted code.

Thanks all.. I think I'll get it -but after Christmas definitely!

Those jackets tend to go half price in the sale. Personally I think that one’s a bit much for everyday wear; lovely for slopes though
