Black tie event and nothing to wear- help!

Just been invited to a black tie event tonight and nothing to wear. Do you think this dress would be okay and with black tights or neutral? Help please

Yes, it will be fine, but neutral sheer tights and some nice heels, diamante earrings. Perfect lbd for cocktail party.

I think it's perfect. Black tie will range from long ball gowns to sequin mini dresses. You've picked exactly what I would wear too. Keep the jewellery simple, add back heels and you'll look fab.
