I rarely wear make up as I am a work-at-home-mum: it's usually a bit of tinted moisturizer and lip gloss, at most! However, I have a formal Christmas party weekend coming up and I need to sort out something for my face. I only have a budget of £50 which should hopefully cover the basics. Which brands would you recommend? Should I bother with a beauty counter, given how little I have to spend?
