How to lift face

I’m late 37, and my face is really beginning to sag. My actual skin seems to be in good condition and is plump, but my lower face just looks terrible.

Any ideas? I’m about to start an improved skin care routine, so hopefully that will help.

Any product or treatment recommendations would be really appreciated x

Not sure where the ‘late’ came from.

Watching with interest.

I’m starting to see results using the ordinary vitamin C though... I think it’s supposed to kick start collagen production or something.

You’re doing well though! I’m a few years younger than you and mine is sagging already!

Ooh fab, I bought the ordinary vit c the other day, I haven’t received it yet so great to hear it’s working for you!

I have CACI treatments. Electro treatment which stimulates the muscles. Originally used for stroke victims. My fizzog has been much improved, and I'm 57.

CACI treatments are good. I’ve just bought a NU face which is a DIY micro current device for use at home. It’s pricey but has good reviews.
