I am an old glimmer 71 and two years ago came to live in Southern Portugal. Most of the year I swim two or three times a day in a lightly Chlorinated pool. . I have naturally curly fine hair. During the past two years I have gone blonde and various other colours. My hair got to the point where it was in a terrible condition. I have been growing out the bleached hair and it has mostly gone. I also have had a number of deep conditioning treatments. I now have got approximately 25 per cent grey. I would like to get rid of the grey. In Portugal the hairdressers only seem to do permanent colours. Am I right in thinking that box semi permanent colours would be kinder? I was naturally a dark brown hair colour but mid brown would now be more flattering.
