Talk to me about lash extensions

In the 3 years since I’ve had dc, I’ve realised that my previous long thick eyelashes aren’t growing as long as they were and they are thinner. I’ve established I need lash extentions but really don’t have a clue as to what to get or even how long they last. I’d like something semi permanent rather than something I have to put on every day. Any advice for a total virgin.

I'm no expert but I have had lvl, which aren't as thick or false as false lashes.
They don't your lashes and curl/perm them and they are longer and very natural looking.
I've also had 'cluster ' lashes which lasted about 2 weeks but my lashes were shorter afterwards.
Dd has individual ones but lots of them so her lashes are fuller and she loves them. She doesn't have them all the time though as so likes to give her lashes a rest.
I know there are different length lashes and different colours so it depends upon your colouring and length of lash as to what will suit you best.

My lvl were done using Nouveau lashes.

I had nouveau lash extensions. Really loved them. I just had a half set so it looked like great lashes rather than extensions.

Upkeep became a bit expensive when we moved house, but I am thinking of going back to them in the next few months as we’re past the moving costs now.

I used to have individual lash extensions, loved them, but had to stop as I developed an allergy to the glue. They look amazing, but aren't cheap and need topping up with infills every 2-3 weeks.
I would also avoid going OTT with the amount you have on and have a break every few months to allow your natural lashes to grow back, as long term wear does damage your natural ones - no matter what any technician says!

Thank you. I think I’ll be brave and have a go :)
