What should I do??

I bought some leather trousers which I love, however I’m a short pear shape so find sizing difficult

I bought them in size 6 Petite which fit perfectly in length, but aren’t flattering around my hips/bum as they squash me in. (This isn’t my normal size, but the only Petite size I could track down)

I also have them in size 8, which fit perfectly around the hips/bum. However the length is a problem. They cover all of my ankle, so they are much too long to wear with heels/flat shoes/trainers. When I tried them on with boots, the excess material gathered around the top of the boot creating a muffin top so I can’t even tuck them in nicely.

Which size should I keep? Would it be possible to get the length taken up with this material?

They're not leather.

I'd keep looking until you find some that fit you properly.

Lots and lots of retailers have them. I'm a shorty and find Mint Velvet normal length fit me.

A seamstress will easily be able to take the size 8 pair up for you, as they are PU rather than real leather, shouldn't be too expensive
