Long lasting eyeliner

I've never found one that does slide off any recommendations?

If it's a liquid liner you're looking for nothing beats CYO semi permanent liner. That stuff just does not budge! And it only costs a fiver.

Depends where your using it? I've used black eyeliner for years,and tried budget to high end. ...if your using inside your lower low, boujois kohl pencils are the best- long lasting and don't smudge- on lash line also good, but I'd use their liquid one as I like a 'flick'

I really like my Clinique eyeliner pen. I find it easy to use and it seems to stay on. Ones I’ve used in the past have dried and when I’ve taken them off crumble.
