As the title says really, I have fine hair that is frizzy. I tried a serum from my hairdresser but i don't feel like it made much of a difference. I am currently using a john frieda extra strength frizz ease. This is better but it makes my scalp itchy. So I am looking for peoples suggestions to reduce the frizz

In an effort to reduce plastic and use no palm oil, I now use a solid shampoo bar.
My hair looked fucking awful for 6 weeks and is now less dry and brittle than ever; the curls fall really naturally and far less frizz. I don’t even need conditioner any more 😮 If you’d told me a year aginthisnwoukd happen, I’d never have believed you. Try it! Google solid, palm oil free shampoo bars or find a recipe to make your own. Amazing!

Hello, I have incredibly fine very frizzy hair....so I know what you are going through. I have ALOT of hair, but each strand is so fine and delicate, it is almost invisible!

I have a routine for my hair, which makes it look really good every day......but it is a total pain! But anyway, I wash my hair every morning. I then use a comb to define the center partin. I then take the left side and run about 50p size of serum through. I then run mouse through it......don't use an expensive one!!! You need a fairly cheap watery one for the next step...! I then take small sections and twirl them tightly around my finger. Then once its all twirlled. spritz with hairspray. Repeat on the right side! You can leave it to dry naturally or use a hairdryer....depending on the look you want.

I understand your struggle....fine frizzy hair is like a curse!!! My routine does make it look good but it takes bloody ages :(

I did once get some kind of japanese heat straightening treatment on my hair. It cost about £250 and I had dead straight hair. My life was so much easier!!! But I sort of missed my unique fine frizzy hair!

I really recommend palmers coconut spray leave in conditioner, both me and DS love it , it leaves hair shiny and soft and smells lovely AND it is cheap!
