Its really awful, I don't remember it being this bad with DC1

It's been falling out in clumps (apart from the greys of course which are sadly holding strong) for about 8 weeks, and is now so thin it looks lank and greasy unless its freshly washed and blow dried, and with two under 2 that doesn't happen very often.

It's also growing back funny and at different rates so despite looking lank its also looking frizzy Hmm

It's very long (bust length) as I haven't been able to get it cut since August as I have a EBF baby who refuses to take a bottle. I've tried to find a mobile hairdresser but live very rurally and they seem to be few and far between.

Do I just have to ride it out or is there some miracle product/s or advice that might help fix it until I somehow manage to make it to a hairdresser?

Or should I use the money to buy hats?

just to add the haircut in August was done by a friend of a friend - trainee hairdresser wanting to practice. I think she was so scared she took about 2mm off all round and gave me a wonky fringe. So probably made the situation worse not better.

Hi Pasta,

I can sympathise with the hair loss. DD2 is 3 months and I'm losing so much hair. When does it stop? I can't remember anything from the first time because I was so sleep deprived.

I have managed to have haircuts with ebf babies. I just took the baby in asleep and fed her under the gown when she got crotchety. I've done this with both babies and only stopped taking them once they got on the move. I'm sure your hairdresser won't mind.

Not sure what to suggest on style though. If you saw my hair, you'd know why!
