Semi permanent eyeliner

Can anyone recommend someone in NW UK Merseyside(preferably) or Manchester?
I'm looking for a natural look.
Any feedback on people's experiences too, and how long it lasts?
Things to avoid?

Best bet is searching on instagram. Most SPMUA post their work on there, and you will be able to see a lot of their work that way. Try some hashtags like #spmumanchester #beautymanchester etc ??

I'm not from your area and have not had the eyeliner, sorry, but I have had semi perm eyebrows and I loved them, but you have to keep up to date with top ups otherwise they fade pretty quick and outweigh the money you've put into them.

SPMUA meaning 'semi perm make up artist' which is what they class themselves as.

I've had laser treatment from her - I've sen her eyebrow work though!

It's eyeliner not brow.
