Tan boots or grey?

I need some boots for winter and have seen some in the Sainsbury's Tu range that I quite like. They come in either tan or grey. I need to be practical as I live in London and these will probably take quite a beating over the winter but wanted opinions on which you think might look best?

I prefer the tan but they look as if they’d show every stain and water mark due to the material. So on that basis I’d probably get the grey.

Grey by a mile. I think the tan look a bit cheap.

worriedgem, I looked again and I thought the same. Plus like SuperStarDJ said, I think they will stand up to winter weather better. I have some all weather spray by Kiwi that I bought in Wilco for £3 so that will waterproof them and should be good to go!

They are not suede or leather so I think they will look manky fairly quickly. Why not spend a bit more and get leather that will last longer?
