Snag tights

Arrrrgh I’m so fed up! I ordered 3 pairs of snag tights a week ago. Payment taken, order confirmed etc but despite their website promising same day dispatch if ordered before 12, which I did, they still haven’t even dispatched them! I’ve sent two emails asking what’s happening, no reply and no phone number to contact them on or anything. I was relying on them being here by Friday as I wanted to wear them out to dinner. Not the end of the world but it’s annoying as they’re not cheap.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I’ve been eying up their adverts for weeks but not taken the plunge to order as I know many reviews are fake. This has made me doubt them even more.

Me too. Ordered 5 days ago no sign of them.

Have you had an email saying they’ve been dispatched? I had a very apologetic email today saying there had been a glitch in their system and my order had got lost. They said they’ve been dispatched now and they offered me a 25% refund. I’m glad they’ve sorted it now but the length of time they took to rectify it or even get back to me was unacceptable. They better be worth it!

Ordered 2 pairs, they arrived fast but I am really disappointed. They do not seem to have any elastane in them and remind me of cheap 5-a-box tights from Sainsbury's. I am a size 10 but they accentuated every bump on my thighs by being so weak in texture. I ordered thin ones, 20 den i think? Wore one pair once and not going to bother anymore.

I bought five pairs based on the rave reviews on here and all bar one got holes on the first wear.

Wolfords are around £20 and last amazingly well!!!

Woodford tights are nearer to £30 each. You could get 4 pairs of snag tights for that and IME Woodford aren't all they're cracked up to be. Definitely paying for the brand imo

Mine arrived very quickly, but I don’t think they are great. I find Boots opaques much better quality. I bought the size suggested, and although they do stay up, the crotch tends to drop, which means that I have to keep going to the loo to haul them up.

Oh no! I was really hoping they’d be the answer to my baggy crotch, wrinkly knee and baggy ankle tight problem! I’ve ordered three pairs of the 80 denier ones, navy, burgundy and black. Will report back when they arrive!

Mine arrived after one week. They are very comfy and stayed out all day. Haven't washed them yet so can't comment on how long they last but they seem durable.

I ordered mine on the 8th of the month at 8am after seeing they dispatched faster if ordered before 12pm. I also opted for Royal Mail delivery 3-5 days. Unfortunately I'm still waiting and was finally updated yesterday morning that Royal Mail had "lost" orders but had subsequently found them. I was told to expect them yesterday or today. Nothing yet and now been told could have to wait till Monday.

Not the greatest of first impressions. I was going to pay the extra £3.95 for my Hermes but for the sake of a couple days went Royal Mail. From what I have heard my Hermes haven't been much better delivering from snag. A few people had to wait up to 6 days paying the extra for 48hour delivery.

Hopefully they are worth the wait.

Mine arrived eventually. Pleased with them, at a size 16 and 5ft they’re the best fitting tights I’ve had. But as way of an apology for their “system glitch” they offered me a free pair of tights and free postage. So I ordered, used their code, all fine...8 days later no sign of them! So assume they were one of the lost 100. So frustrating, I think they’ve really over stretched themselves.

Yeah I was aware of the post on both Facebook and Instagram. I contacted snag via Instagram post, that is how I knew to expect them yesterday/today or Monday.

I'm disappointed with mine. I sized up, and despite having since lost some weight they are just as uncomfortable at the waist as every other type I've tried. And I got a hole in the toe on first wearing of a brand new pair!
