Anyone seen any reasonably priced one? I’m the sort of person who is always cold and looking for some really warm and soft long jumpers. Over the bum type!

Hi Troton, I could have asked the same question as I am on the look out as well.

These celtic & co - not cheap but v v long and soft and lovely quality (if too £££ you could wait for sale, look for a code or try ebay). They have a few other similar ones with different necklines too.

BloobCurdling · 06/11/2018 14:17

I have the swansdown colour and it's my favourite snuggly cold day jumper.

Troton · 06/11/2018 19:08

Oooo - yes does look pricey though!

I don't have a link but I recently bought a grey one from H&M that goes just past by bum and it has a long v-neck, so it manages to avoid looking like a sack. Quite soft and came in a few other colours. I remember navy and a light pink. Think it was £24.99.

ASOS have some nice ones in - okay prices too

HeyMacWey · 06/11/2018 19:43

I was about to suggest the Celtic and co ones.
They're not too pricy if you break it down to cost per wear 😁

They way really well and are lovely and snuggly.
I have a charcoal one and a plum-ish colour.

This is the style I like.

LittleWingSoul · 06/11/2018 20:29

The aran cardigans on there are exactly what I have been looking for. There was another thread similar to this the other day so think you have to look beyond the high Street, basically

Troton · 06/11/2018 21:32

I love that slouch jumper style. Exactly what I’m looking for. But I’m not sure I can justify that price. Especially as it’s hand wash only and I’ve got a baby and a toddler...ie my clothes are constantly filthy! I’d probably end up accidentally putting it in the washer and shrinking it knowing me

BloobCurdling · 07/11/2018 08:47

I wash mine on delicate wash with wool washing liquid, and it doesn't shrink, they always put hand wash only to cover their arse but most machines can do a "hand wash" or delicate wash. But anyway agree it is VV expensive but I didn't pay that as there are always codes around.

Just checked and there are a couple on ebay, not your ideal style but you could put an alert on.

Lands end have some toasty looking chenile ones.
