What really annoys me and I think it says a lot about JM is that they actually thought it was ok to treat their UK customers like this.
Whoever thought it was ok to give Europe less of a minimum spend then the UK and then to only put up what seems to be their left over Summer fragrances in the game speaks volumes about them as a company. Did they think their customers wouldn't notice that none of their classics appear to be in the game and we wouldn't find out about the discrepancy in the minimum spends.
It is a shame because the other games were fun. I hadn't actually been planning on buying anything from JM when the May game appeared but I ended up spending £££££ because of the game. Since then I have also purchased other items as I discovered things I hadn't tried before. It's fine to include the Summer fragrances some customers love them and it's an ideal opportunity to stock up but to only include them and nothing else is a disappointment to customers when the other games had a really good variety of items.
I don't understand companies, they found something that was popular with customers, worked well but then decided to change and ruin it.
The lavish spending on some instragrammers has, in my opinion, gone too far. Like I said earlier on, reviewing a new product is good but weekends away staying in top hotels, being taken everywhere in "JM taxis", dinners, workshops and mountains of free gifts is a kick in the teeth to customers who are loyal to them and pay high prices to have their products. Why don't any of their customers get included in these events.
I was going to buy a few Christmas presents from JM but after all this I am going to spend my money elsewhere.
I hope JM see these threads and take notice of what their customers are saying.
