Any hairdressers on?? Need help!

Hi. I had my hair done on Thursday. I asked for some subtle lighter bits to blend with my natural colour. I washed it Saturday and went out in the light Sunday. It's awful! It's all coppery/gingery and there's no natural dark brown left only at the roots. So it's all over colour, streaky and orange! Not at all like the picture I showed her. It looked ok when she did it (although lighter than I would've liked) and it was all curled. She's saying it's because I washed it in non sulphate free shampoo but I don't buy it. I've had my hair coloured my whole life and used the same shampoos and this has never happened. She now wants to charge me to correct??

Not a hairdresser but buy a purple shampoo and leave it in about 5 mind as it reduces orange tones

You can buy a toner from superdrug, this will take the yellow out. Very easy and cheap. Choose your tone. Very easy to sort.

Scott Cornwall does a great purple toner - says for 'Platinum' hair but always gets the coppery colour on my home dye to a lovely cool blonde.
It's £12.99 in Boots

Curls cover bad highlight! Did she tell you to use a special shampoo? I think she should fix it tbh
