Are expensive woolly tights worth it?

I like knitted/wool tights in the winter and buy a couple of pairs each year for between £10-15 each. Usually by the end of the winter (or before) they’ve got holes and are bobbly. I’ve been looking this year and more expensive versions (like Falke) keep popping up. Has anyone had them? Are they worth the money? Otherwise recommendations for woolly tights gratefully received!

I have Wolford and Falke wool tights that have kept going for years but usually buy them in tk maxx for under £10. At this time of year I tend to have a quick check whenever I pass and occasionally strike lucky and pick some up.

I have splashed out on expensive tights in the past and they've laddered just as quickly as M&S and go bobbly just the same too. So I wouldn't bother!

My Falke tights are no better or worse than my M&S ones tbh.
