Dp has hinted for a watch for xmas. But I have no idea about watches! All I know is he likes a black leather strap and my budget is £120. Please help!

You need to figure out his preferred style, classic as in sugg1 above - funky as in sugg2 or Chronograph as in sugg3 or even retro style (new made to look vintage - Fossil do a lot of those). Then there is;

Preferred dial colour (white, black, navy)
Hourmarker style - marker or roman
Case colour (chrome or gold)
Thin or thick
Size (small for small wrists and large for large wrists)
Budget

This is a mega bargain but only for 12 hours and not many left in stock

www.watches2u.com/watches/krug-baumen/2616dm-regatta-4-diamond-black-dial-two-tone-strap.html

It would normally retail for way over £120

Or this one

Again huge reduction but only for 12 hours and only a few left in stock, actually this site is brilliant for bargain watches, I bought my krug baumen from them at an 85% discount.

Swatch have a few nice ones with leather straps including this one -- they are also very easy to get repaired/have battery/strap changes and when you go into a Swatch shop the staff will thoroughly clean and polish your watch for you. (DH was v.impressed)
