Is this website dodgy?

Things that make me think it is -

1- The name bears no relation to what it sells
2- It has stuff in stock that it ex-season out of stock everywhere else
3- it is listing Kurt Geiger boots in a UK women’s 9, and they don’t usually go this big
4- the UK/Continental shoe size conversion isn’t quite right

It would be really handy if it wasn’t, but seems too good to be true.
