I've had very dark hair and blue eyes and have recently gone to quite light blonde, I can't put my finger on it but my make up isn't quite right but I'm unsure what to change? Is there a guide anywhere that can help? My make up is quite simple, foundation, mascara, eyebrows filled in (altho I think they look a bit rubbish / too dark lately) and blush which is a rose pink colour.
