Tattoo cover up

I have a lot of tattoos from when I was a teenager . Most were done in a studio and were done well but I just don't like any of them anymore at all . A lot of them are very visible and difficult to cover in clothing , specifically one at the bottom of my throat / top of chest area . I also have ones on my forearms that I hate and would really love to cover - in the summer I've turned down wedding invites because of not being able to find dresses that hide them .
Can anyone recommend a good coverup foundation ?

Dermablend or Dermacol.

Have you thought about laser tattoo removal? Only ask because I’ve had a couple of sessions on mine and it’s faded so much already, much more than I would have thought.

Even if it doesn't completely work if it fades them you could cover them more easily with make-up.

. @Swiftier I have considered it but in all honesty I doubt I could afford it !
