Sexy underwear

I am 36. Never really bought sexy under wear. Though I do wear victoria secret bras. The t shirt type.

Me and Dp are going away for a special weekend and I would love to buy some lacy sexy underwear.

I couldn't find anything in Victoria secret that I liked. All the colours were a bit 'meh'. They said if I wait til November there will be more red in. But I am away this weekend.

I fancy something in red, since I wear black or white all the time and want something that will really wow him. I am a size 16 as well.

Can anyone recommend anywhere else?

I am the same size and really like Figleaves for lingerie. Or, believe it or not, Love Honey! Not AMAZING quality, but definitely good enough. Well priced too.

This is going to sound super tacky, but if sexy is more important than function you might want to look at sex shops rather than just underwear shops! Lovehoney for example have loads of bra sets, and lots of other kinds of underwear too if you find yourself inspired

I can't bring myself to go into an actual sex shop. I went with a friend once and a (in my opinion) creepy man helped pick out some sexy underwear. It made me uncomfortable and I haven't been in one since. I am such a wuss.

M&S currently have a red silk bra and knickers in their 'Rosie' range, but they might not be sexy enough. Jenny Packham has also done a range for Debenhams in a sort of burnt orange colour that's unexpected but gorgeous - pricey but maybe worth a look?

Hi, just popping back to say thank you so much for all the suggestions.

I got some bits from love honey and Ann summers. I got some crotchless tights from love honey and some sexy knickers. Not sure I am brave enough to wear the tights though. I feel embarassed just typing it.

I nipped to Ann summers today and got a basque/suspender thing, with some stockings. Feel loads more comfortable in that and was good that I could try it on. Feel like that's more me. Just n3ed to figure it out how to get it on.

I have saved all the other suggestions for my Christmas money.
