Cleaning a soft suede jacket

So it's £60 to have it specialist cleaned (eek) with no guarantees that the marks on the sleeves (normal wear) will come out. I'm told it isn't suitable for a suede brush as it's very soft.

I'm sure someone in here will have a better solution? Hopefully.

I washed mine ( pale camel colour) in the machine on a wool wash..it weighed a ton wet, but it came up really well, I dried it on a very heavyweight coathanger. I've done it again since too, having had a little gentle scrub at the marks first and it's still fine.
But I don't know if it's a natural or dyed colour ..I think it's probably natural..and that may make a difference as it didn't have colour to lose or wash out.
You can buy dry cleaning solution to use on patches of clothes if you Google it..maybe that if it's not make or break ?
