Mid 40s and feeling like I am starting to look it... thinking about what I could do to give myself a lift... is teeth whitening a good idea?

Yes because teeth yellow with age from drinks. I’m looking at prophy paste on amazon as a stop gap.

Yes. I got the trays and gels etc from the dentist and the difference is unbelievable. I haven't treated them for months (and have been drinking tea, coffee and red wine) and they're still white, and I get lots of compliments. The initial bleaching period was supposed to be a fortnight but I don't think I even did half of that because I could see I would've ended up looking like Simon Cowell or Rylan with luminous white gnashers Grin. They just look naturally white.

Margot, what brand was it?

Thanks. I might talk to my dentist about it and treat myself to it before I see my family at Christmas time!

Violet I'll check tomorrow because the gel is downstairs in the fridge and I'm in bed.

Go for it not content. It's not cheap but definitely worth it!
