Would anyone care to join me?
I want to feel a lot better about my looks and general life by the New Year! I’ve got so many life plans, but I’m starting small; changing my beauty regime and losing some weight, getting some exercise etc.
I’ve been pregnant / bfing for the past year and a half. DS is weaning off breast milk now, so I have no more excuses not to leave him to go to the gym!
So, my plan is;
- lose weight through Weight Watchers. I’ve just signed up and started today.
- join the gym and start doing some regular classes.
- start caring for my skin a bit better; exfoliating, moisturising etc.
- no alcohol in the week.
- start getting my eyebrows and lashes done at the beauticians.
- maybe some gradual fake tan stuff.
- read more and use smart phone less; apparently screens make you more wrinkly... or maybe it’s tired or something...
