I’m currently growing out a blonde ombré on dark top hair. It’s horrifically long and unkempt so am chopping into a mid length, choppy sort of long bob tomorrow. I really don’t want to spend 4 hours in a salon having my hair coloured but I don’t think I’m going to be cutting enough off I get rid of the blonde. Does anyone have an idea of how I could colour it myself at home, whilst avoiding the box dye? I am plagued by brassy hair which box dye seems to antagonise!
