I have a LOT of children and I’m knackered !
I have v v sensitive skin and it’s dry so need something with good coverage that won’t make the eye area dry or irritated but it needs to cover my horrible dark circles
Any recommendations?
Preferably not too expensive but tbh if it’s amazing I’d pay a bit more as I hate looking this tired
Thanks !x

You need a red concealer for dark circles, MUA do an excellent one

Covered my left over black eye 😂

ItsAHardKn0ckLife1 · 28/10/2018 14:28

Watching with interest as I have honestly never seen ANYBODY with circles as dark as mine. They are bloody awful. Concealer tends to just sit in my fine lines making it look 10x worse Sad

LiterallyNoMore · 28/10/2018 14:29

It does almost look like a bruise. But my skin can be prone to redness so I’d be wary of a red colour corrector how does that work ? Willing to try anything but don’t want to look worse if I do it wrong !!

It neutralises the dark circles, you only use a smidge and then if you have to put your normal concealer over.

LiterallyNoMore · 28/10/2018 14:35

Worth a try I think I’ll have a look !

I had the same issues and actually use a collection 2000 one, recommended by a blogger. Thought I'd try it as it was so cheap and id been buying really expensive makeup... It's great, because it's cheap your not cautious with how much your using and it honestly gives me a great base for make up.

MorningCuppa · 28/10/2018 14:56

I use the collection 2000 one, it's great and really helps with my under eyes.

LiterallyNoMore · 28/10/2018 15:00

Is it a liquid or a stick formulation ?

The one I posted is a liquid. Lots of YouTube reviews

LiterallyNoMore · 28/10/2018 15:20

I’m going to have a look at all of these recommendations Thankyou

I use l.a.girl pro conceal from beauty bay (I'm pale and use porcelain). Lots of shades, good coverage and pretty cheap (£5 and lasts me ages) - also don't find it cakes into creases.

Etino · 28/10/2018 15:26

The trouble with covering dark circles is that it makes the eyes smaller and the skin crêpier. Mine are dark and I get the best results from drinking lots of water, using an eye cream overnight and then as a primer and then putting as little makeup or concealer on as possible. Ideally nothing.

jq28 · 28/10/2018 15:28

Revolution do an amazing concealer called conceal and define. It's only £4 and always on 3 for 2!
I'm a makeup snob and this is better than touché eclat in my opinion.

NeurotrashWarrior · 28/10/2018 15:53

Which collection 2000 one is it? Sleep thief baby here. Bad eyes.

Fullfatlatte · 28/10/2018 18:46

You need a corrector first then you won’t need much concealer. 😀

NeurotrashWarrior · 28/10/2018 19:55

Do you mean the red one? Im struggling to fathom (with my art degree) how red works on that score!

bringincrazyback · 28/10/2018 19:58

Another vote for Revolution's Conceal & Define here, it's as good as Tarte Shape Tape in my experience. I have awful under-eye shadows and this does a great job of masking them.

Jumping on this thread as I have the same issue. Have tried so many different products with crap results so I'm reading with interest...

ElizavetaBathory · 28/10/2018 20:16

I like Clinque airbrush concealer. I have it in 'medium' which basically looks bright orange in the tube but goes on nicely and brightens up the skin around my eyes. It deals with my dark circles and doesn't cake/cling to wrinkles.

CrazySheepLady · 28/10/2018 20:41

A make up artist on here recommended a peach toned concealer to correct the blue-ish tinge of my under eye circles. It does seem to help a little. Before I tried the peach corrector, I looked like I had been punched!

fashiondevotee · 28/10/2018 20:45

Bourjois Radiance Reveal concealer is great. It's a bit like YSL's Touche Eclat in its glowiness, but better coverage, a better price and very hydrating.

I also really like their Blur The Lines cream one too! My go-to brand for concealers, that's for sure!

Gwenhwyfar · 29/10/2018 08:22

I use Vichy Dermablend's. Doesn't cover them that well - nothing does unfortunately.

OuchLegoHurts · 29/10/2018 08:50

Nars creamy concealer. Unbelievably good.

spookyspookyspookhole · 29/10/2018 10:10

I quite like the Rimmel 25 hour one it's about £3😃

Other than that the borjois radiance reveal
