I had bought one before - a sports one that would not have supported a flea but bought two underwired t shirt bras - size 40E and they fit beautifully. £4 each!!!!

What is he smallest back size they do. Would love to buy some cheaper bras.

I used to buy bras there. They were great. Unfortunately they don’t do my current size. Sitting in a John Lewis t shirt bra right now. Probably not he most fonfirable bra I have worn since ballooning

32 Average.
Largest cup size is F I think.
Wasn't impressed myself.

AskMeHow · 25/10/2018 10:55

Yes I bought a few 'emergency' bras from there (currently dieting and didn't want to spend much on things I'll only wear for a month or so) and I was pretty impressed for the price. The back sizes I found quite small though.

Well I can wear 38F/40E/42dd I sometimes buy the larger back size as when hot i swell up and have trouble fitting bras.

Yep I love their bras. I have v v v small boobs, so buy the non underwired ones. Bargain at £4 each. Have sports ones, and some cute lace bralets and some nice t shirt type ones, with a lacey racer style back. DH even likes them and they are very comfortable. And at £4 each you can have loads without breaking the bank. I have had my current lot since early spring and they age washed once a week each on average and are wearing really well.
In comparison I bought a lace bralet from Hollister Gillyhics range and it was approx £20, and offers no shape or support at all and needs hand washing and even then I can see it will look frayed and shabby v quickly.

I get DD bras from Primark, as she's still growing and they are inexpensive. They seem quite comfortable but i don't think they wash well. They're quite shabby after a couple of months.

Pinkyyy · 26/10/2018 22:42

I agree with them not washing well. I've tried a few and they always fit well and feel good to begin with, but after a few washes the cups wrinkle up or the edges curl over etc.. I love Asda bras if you want cheap but better quality

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 26/10/2018 23:24

I had to try a couple to get the right size but Primark bras do the job for me.
I make sure the straps are wide enough and I do prefer 3 hook/eye

They don't last long TBH but I wear a fresh bra daily and wash mine in padded lingerie bags in the machine so I don;t expect them to.

Might check Asda , how do they size up?

SuperstarDJ · 27/10/2018 03:21

I find that the wires tend to come out and poke through after not that long.

I’ve had great success with Primark bras over the years, too.
