I tried Birchbox for 3 months and have to say wasn't impressed.

Is glossy box any better?

I had a Glossy box subscription for a year and liked it. Decided to try Birch box for a change and didn't like it at all. Several times had damaged items and customer service was not great. I went back to Glossybox.

I love Glossybox! Tried Birchbox but was always getting damaged boxes. LookFantastic do a beauty box but it’s a bit hit and miss.

I think Glossy box are awful, they are crap customer service. No apologises if boxes don't come, but they only refund if you actually query where the box is. I waited for a box that said it was dispatched on 12th until 26th and when I asked where it was they just said it's sold out, we've refunded you. No offer of the next box, and no sorry. Very weird company.

so comparing 3 birthbox to the one glossy so far

much much preferred glossy. actually had useful products, some full size.
will await next glossy.
