GOW Vit C + Ferulic question, plus layering/usage advice

I need some advice. I've just purchased this to replace previous Vit C serums on the good reviews it receives here and elsewhere. However, it's a different consistency to other serums I've used in the past in that it's cloudy, not clear. Is that normal?

Also, their website recommends it is used at night rather than in the morning, unlike the others. It can be used in the morning if using a sunscreen (which I always use if going out). What's best?

Finally, I've also purchased my first Hyaluronic Acid (which I'm loving). How do I layer these products? Vit C, then HA, then my usual serum, or HA first?

It's cloudy due to the high percentage of ascorbic acid. The high percentage usually means it's less cosmetically elegant (though that isn't my experience of the GOW Vit C) and chiefly used for pigmentation issues at night. I use it as my daily Vit C in the morning with no issue. I don't layer a lot over it and don't wear any makeup base though.

The order of skincare isn't life or death but due to the low pH of the Vit C that usually goes first, it's also the strongest active in your lineup so you want that to have the best ability to work effectively. Follow by HA, I don't know what your usual serum is but I'd question if you really need that on top of the other two. Less is more in skincare.

Thank you. That's reassuring and helpful. I take the point about the serum and as my skin doesn't seem dry or in need of any other help, I might cut out that after using the Vit C and see how it goes.
