Because I'm nosy and always on the lookout for new beauty recommendations

Currently, mine consists of:

1. Bourgeois Healthy Mix foundation
2. NARS Soft Matte concealer
3. Rimmel InstaFix setting powder
4. Guerlain Terracotta bronzer
5. Milani baked blush in Coralina
6. Bobbi Brown Crushed Lipstick in Grenadine (the BEST autumnal shade!)
7. Clinique Chubby Lash mascara
8. L'oreal Paradise brow pomade
9. Becca Champagne Pop highlighter
10. One of H&M's little eyeshadow quads - these are so cheap yet soooo good, rival anything high end I've used!

I shouldn't have bothered to bring any of it as I never wear make up in holiday! 🤣

This is a really good concealer but I recommend getting advice in store as to the shade. The assistant had to try a few on me before she got the right one.

• Rimmel Match Perfection foundation in 010 Light Porcelain.

Sheer, best colour match I've ever had

• Bourjois Poudre de Riz de Java

I bought this because I couldn't resist the adorable packaging which was inspired by a product from 1879, but it's a really good illuminating loose powder. Looks sparkly in the jar but not too much so when I put it on. I think it's been discontinued so I'm stocking up

• Barry M Kohl Pencil in Black

I have numerous black eye pencils as I'm always mislaying them and it's the one thing I can't leave the house without putting on. The Barry M is just as good as more expensive brands

• Green People brown pencil

which I use to fill in brows

• Benefit Roller Lash

Love this, it really does curl and lift, and again gorgeous packaging

• Tweezers are Morrison's own brand

which are the best I've ever owned and very inexpensive so I have multiples

• Bourjois Little Round Pot Blusher in 48 Cendre de Rose Brune and 54 Rose Frisson

Love the round pots with the built-in mirror

• Lipsticks - oh so many but at the moment I'm favouring:

Maybelline Color Sensational Lipstick in Fatal Red Lovely sheer red, very easy to wear for work/daytime Besame Red Velvet Deeper blue red which is a replica of a colour from 1946. Very glamorous Revlon Super Lustrous in Fire and Ice Very bright attention-getting red, launched in the 1950s but on trend atm L'Oreal Color Riche in J Lo Best nude lipstick I have ever found. Bois de Rose in the same range is a very good match for me too MAC Crème de la Femme Lovely soft pink with subtle shimmer

Current perfume is Cartier Baiser Vole.
Current nail polish is Mavala Treasure (coppery gold) but I'm about to switch it for Lauren B Rodeo Drive (classic red).

It's great isn't it. For the OP out of mine I would most recommend:

• the Bourjois foundation (both healthy mix / serum types)
• the MUR concealer is cheap but very good, as is the Collection 2000
• a lot of people go for the Hoola, it is good but I love the Gold Rush colour and it smells fab
• the mascara

Ooooh Pangolina - never had a naked palette - primarily because I've only recently got into eyeshadow, but i've bought all four (1,2,3 and heat) from Debenhams today because they were £102, so an absolute steal! So excited for them to come

The "every day one" has tweezers I don't use (get them threaded for a fiver or less), nail clippers, a file, hair grips, mascara and lip balm, oh and some dental floss.

I really need to make more of an effort...

My makeup bag I carry has just lipstick, nailfile, mirror, tweezers, and a cream blusher in it. The lipstick changes daily. My proper makeup bag is huge, and then I have a Tupperware box of lipsticks, all red.

Smashbox eyeshadow - I always have red lips so just use a pale nude eyeshadow. I think the one I favour is called Vanilla, but I also like UD Foxy.

@Ghoul they are great, I use them all the time. I don't have heat so keen to see what you think!

I’m not as excited for heat as I would have been for the smoky eye palette, as I don’t wear a lot of red shadow- but the deep orange tones look really nice on a few tutorials I was watching - and would look fab teamed with my usual black dresses. Really don’t fancy the look of naked cherry though- although the born to run palette was probably going to be the one I invested in if not this quad!

Has anybody tried the moondust liquid stuff from urban decay? Again watched a tutorial but I wanted to know how long it stays on for!
