Sosandar - anyone ordered from them? Any good do you think?

Hello, I've had a catalogue through from this company. Never heard of them before. I regularly shop from ASOS. Has anyone bought anything from them please?

I'd be intersted to know too (sorry for jumping on your thread Jake). I get pictures at least twice a day in my instagram feed - I love a lot of what I see and it doesnt seem over-priced. But I dont know anyone who's bought from them...

I have one t shirt from there, I sent everything else back. It was all so big.
I now flick through the catalogue but for some reason nothing grabs me... it all looks a bit leopard printy and I don’t like all the zips or any of the shoes.

ITV female presenters seem to like them (but I guess they could have been gifted them)

I have ordered several things from there - I really like the clothes. They seem to be aiming at the Boden target market but the clothes are much simpler and less fussy and better prices. I bought from their clearance section first to try them out and then bought a couple of full price things last month - very happy with everything.

I returned two dresses recently. One looked like it had been worn (a possible food stain on the front) I suspect it was a previous customer return and the other was nice but too long. They use a lot of manmade fabrics as well so I didn't think justified the cost.

They use almost exclusively man made fabrics, but the clothes are well made and I’d say true to size. Their customer service is excellent. I emailed once with a complaint and a new item, plus a gift voucher, was in the post first class the same day - didn’t make me wait till I’d sent the original back. Refunds are super quick. I sent something back on Friday, go a notification yesterday that they had it, and the money was back in my account this morning.

I’m usually a size 10, found a dress on there I liked but they only had an 8. Decided to give it a go, the size 8 was absolutely huge! Shame as the quality of the dress was lovely. No problems with returns though.

Thank you all for your feedback. As people have said there's no problem with returns I'll give it a go.

Yes bought blue dress ruffled leopard print. Lovely. Great fit. Comfortable. Flattering.
