Best mascara

I've been using Lancôme doll eyes for ages and like it a lot but wondering if there are any other ones I could try out? Thank you

Blinc is worth a try. You can also get a primer, which you can use to build length and thickness before applying the mascara.

I like the estee lauder sumptuous lash mascara for volume or the benefit roller lash mascara.

The new Chanel Le Volume is great.
I'd love to get your view on it - how it compares to the Lancôme Baby Doll.
At the Chanel counter you may get a little mini tester of it.

Nars climax is amazing, as well as Givenchy noir couture. Had samples of both and bought the Nars but couldn't justify the price tag of the Givenchy unfortunately.

Beana, I've tried all sorts in search for the holy grail of mascaras!

I stuck with the gold soap and glory one for a while, good old Lancôme hypnose (but it started to give me panda eyes when I got close to the end of the tube) and various rimmel ones.

I always end up going back to higher end because I have oily eyelids that ruin mascara so I need something that will last all day.

MUA amplify is my new favourite. Not waterproof but nothing shifts it till you want to take it off. Soft and fluttery but black and spiky if you layer it.

The best one I’ve found recently is also the cheapest - Lash princess (the green and black one) by Essence (an american brand I think) which is available in wilkinson’s for something like £3.99
It gives volume and length, doesn’t clump and stays put

aside from that I like the Soap and Glory Mascaras and Benefit Roller Lash

I must have tried a mascara from every mainstream beauty brand over the last 15 years, and I've come to the conclusion that there's no point spending £££ on them.

The best ones I've tried are Essence Princess lashes (€3 in Penneys) or literally any of L'Oreals.

I'll never be spending more than a tenner on a mascara again.

DD likes Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara

We each got a mini size of BTS mascara , but DD seems to have taken both

Urban Decay's Perversion is a pretty good one IME.

I bought the Maybelline Total Temptation waterproof mascara (aqua tube) and I HATED it - the formula was very wet and thin and I found it too perfumed. I chucked it in my drawer and gave it no further thought until my L’Oreal one went icky overnight. I had no choice but to pull the Maybelline back out. It had thickened to the perfect consistency after about a month of non-usage, and it is much blacker than the L’Oreal. The perfume has diminished greatly and it is superb! I still have the L’Orealnome? But I haven’t even picked it up!!!

I found dolls eyes a bit clumpy. I use standard hypnose for day but still on search for a more dramatic evening mascara.
